Yes. Inside sales and the HR internship are open to freshers. We look for clear writing, curiosity and the will to learn a channel properly.

CPaaS stands for communications platform as a service: the platform businesses use to message customers on WhatsApp, RCS, SMS and voice. The CPaaS roles sell UDO's WhatsApp Business API, RCS, bulk SMS and outbound voice.

UDO's office is at #821, JMD Megapolis IT Park, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122018. Every role is based there except field sales, which covers Delhi NCR.

Our roles are on-site in Gurugram, because most learning happens beside the person doing the work.

Occasional work from home is fine once you have settled in.

Marketing and video: a portfolio or showreel of work you ran. Sales: the deal sizes and industries you have handled. HR internship: why HR.

HR reads it and, if it fits, books a short intro call; then a role round with the team lead, then an offer.
